Registration is now open for ITC 2026 – 9th Infrastructure & Transport Conference, which will take place on September 28–30, 2026, at the Megaron Athens International Conference Centre. The event is co-organized by ypodomes.com and metaforespress.gr.
This year’s conference will feature more than 90 distinguished speakers from Greece and abroad and is expected to attract over 2,000 delegates, while online attendance is projected to exceed 11,000 viewers.
On Monday, September 28, the conference will officially open with the Opening Gala at 20:00 in the Banquet Hall of the Megaron Athens International Conference Centre. The invitation-only event, reserved for speakers, sponsors, and supporters, will include opening remarks from senior members of the Greek government.
Earlier that day, from 10:00 to 14:00, four online panel discussions will be held, featuring -mainly- representatives of institutional organizations from the infrastructure and transport sectors.
The conference’s main sessions will take place on Tuesday, September 29, and Wednesday, September 30, in the Banquet Hall of the Megaron Athens International Conference Centre, bringing together more than 90 speakers, 2,000 delegates, and 18 exhibitors.
On Tuesday, September 29, live sessions dedicated to Infrastructure will run from 09:00 to 17:30.
Immediately afterwards, the Cocktail Meet & Greet event will be held in the Banquet Hall and the exhibition area. This invitation-only networking event is exclusively for conference speakers, sponsors, and supporters.
On Wednesday, September 30, live sessions focusing on Transport will take place from 09:00 to 17:45.
