ITC 2026: Exhibition Booths Sold Out for the 9th Infrastructure & Transport Conference – Who Secured Their Spot

The exhibition area for ITC 2026 – the 9th Infrastructure & Transport Conference is now officially sold out, more than two months ahead of the event. The final exhibition booth was confirmed yesterday, bringing the total to 18 leading companies from the construction and transport sectors.

The leading annual event for Greece’s infrastructure and transport industries will return on 28–30 September 2026, featuring an expanded three-day program.

The Conference

ITC 2026 – 9th Infrastructure & Transport Conference is Greece’s leading conference for the infrastructure, construction, and transport sectors. The event will take place at the Megaron Athens International Conference Centre.

The program is outlined as follows:

On 28.9.2026, starting at 10:00, four online panel discussions will be held. Later that evening, at 20:00, the Opening Gala will take place in the Banquet Hall of the Megaron Athens International Conference Centre. This invitation-only event, intended for the business community supporting the conference, will feature the official opening remarks with the participation of senior government officials.

On 29 & 30.9.2026, the Conference will continue in the Banquet Hall of the Megaron Athens International Conference Centre. Those who won’t be able to attend physically, will also be able to watch the conference live on YouTube.

On 29.9.2026, the program will feature nine sessions dedicated to Infrastructure, covering rail projects, energy infrastructure, building construction, road projects, construction industry developments, and major infrastructure works. During the day, the Project of the Year 2025 Αward will also be presented, recognizing the Patras–Pyrgos Motorway.

At 17:30, the Cocktail Meet & Greet will follow, an invitation-only networking event held in the Banquet Hall.

On 30.9.2026, the conference will host nine sessions dedicated to Transport, focusing on aviation, railways, maritime and road transport, logistics, postal and courier services, and urban mobility/public transport. The Transport Company of the Year 2025 Award will also be presented.
