Barbara Morgante

Barbara Morgante is the Chief Executive Officer of Enaon. Born in Livorno, she graduated in Statistical Sciences and Economics at the University of Bologna and obtained an MBA degree in Economic Development for the Advanced Tertiary Sector. From 1988 to 1995, she worked as a management consultant for companies in the Transport, Construction and ICT sectors. In 1995, she joined the company TAV as Marketing Manager.  Thereafter she held various and gradually more important positions, including CEO and general manager, in Italian companies and public administration. She joined the Italgas Group in March 2022 and appointed CEO of the Enaon Group immediately after its acquisition in September 2022.

She has been a member/chairperson of several BoDs of both Italian and foreign companies, and is currently in the BoD of Enaon, Acqua Campania, LAC, Rai Way and Finint InfrastruttureSGR.
