Athanasia Oikonomou

Athanasia Oikonomou is a Civil Engineer and currently serves as Head of the Infrastructure Sector of New Democracy, contributing to the development of policy and strategic approaches to infrastructure and transport. She holds an MSc in Infrastructure & Construction Project Management from the National Technical University of Athens, as well as an MSc in Structural Engineering. She has professional experience in major infrastructure and urban development projects, including the EllinikonProject at Lamda Development. Her professional expertise encompasses infrastructure strategy, project management, construction planning and delivery, and stakeholder coordination, with a focus on advancing efficient, resilient and sustainable infrastructure development.
