Roxana Nevradaki

Roxana is Partner, Deal Advisory – Head of Infrastructure & Transport at KPMG Greece, which she recently joined. She brings more than 21 years of professional experience, primarily in advisory, complemented by earlier experience in corporate banking. Her international experience spans Greece, Romania, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Poland, Turkey, Croatia, Serbia, Ghana, Georgia and Ukraine, including business development roles covering European and IFI markets.

She has advised on and coordinated landmark infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle, from structuring and procurement through financing and financial close to construction and operations. Key projects include the Thessaloniki Metro, Flyover Thessaloniki, major Greek motorway concessions, Andreas Lentakis Governmental Park PPP, Theageneio Hospital PPP, Western Macedonia Waste Management PPP, and numerous port projects, including Elefsina, Alexandroupoli, Lavrio, Igoumenitsa, Heraklion, Kavala Philippos II and Piraeus. Her experience also includes Corfu Megayacht Marina, Alimos Marina, Greece’s first irrigation PPPs, education PPPs, logistics and energy projects, as well as major infrastructure and transport projects across Greece, Cyprus, Croatia, Serbia, Romania and Ukraine.
