Nikos Kotoulas is a Mechanical Engineer with 18+ years of experience in Project and Construction Management, Electromechanical design, Energy engineering, and large-scale infrastructure projects. Demonstrated leadership across Oil & Gas, Energy, and Public Works, including international experience gained through leading multicultural teams on major infrastructure projects such as the Trans Adriatic Pipeline.

Currently Chief Project Officer at “Samaras & Associates SA – Consulting Engineers”, responsible for project and construction management, MEP engineering, Oil & Gas projects, Waste and Water management, and technical advisory services for public institutions and strategic investments, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and departments.

Certified Energy Inspector, member of the Technical Chamber of Greece and enrolled to the Public Works Designers’ Experience Registry and excellent English proficiency.

Nikos Kotoulas is married and has two children.
