George Pavlatos

Mr. Pavlatos has more than 20 years of experience in Management Consulting, with extensive exposure to the Banking and Infrastructure sectors.

He has worked extensively on infrastructure projects, with a focus on ports and marinas, having acted as Financial Advisor or Valuer in many landmark transactions — both on the investor side and on behalf of the State / HRADF, as well as in areas such as strategy formulation, fundraising, etc.

Indicative projects he has led include financial advisory services to HRADF / HCAP for the Pylos Marina, the Port of Lavrio, and the cruise ports of Katakolo, Patras, and Kavala. He has also acted as Independent Valuer for the transactions concerning the Ports of Igoumenitsa, Heraklion, and Volos, the Megayacht Marina in Corfu, as well as the Kalamata Airport.

On the investor side, he has supported the winning consortium in HRADF’s first fully completed marina transaction (Chios Marina), as well as consortia that were selected as preferred investors or have already assumed management of the marinas of Argostoli and Nafplio. He has also supported a number of industry clients (D-Marin, Athens Marina, AGC / Astir Marina, Preveza Marina, Agios Nikolaos Marina, among others) on various other business needs.

He holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering with Management from Durham University and an MBA from INSEAD.
