Constantinos Kalergis

Constantinos Kalergis is a Consulting Engineer, President and Managing Director of the company ROIKOS ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS SA. He started his career in the Water Resources & Environment Department of the Civil Engineering Faculty at the National Technical University of Athens, Greece, taking an active part in the educational procedures and participating in many international research projects and specialized studies. In 1995 he co-founded the consultancy firm ROIKOS SA which he manages till to-date.

He has significant experience in project coordination, implementation and management of technical infrastructure studies and complex engineering projects. He has been commissioned and successfully managed numerous services contracts in various engineering fields (hydraulics, environmental, building, transportation, urban planning, etc) in Greece and abroad.

He has participated and participates in various institutional and advisory committees and working groups for technical sector. He was for several years the President and the representative of Greece in EFCA and FIDIC, while he is one of the founders and now Secretary General of the Hellenic Construction Industry Council (HCIC). Member of the Public Works Council of the Ministry of Infrastructure & Transport since 2020.
