Pre-registration is now open for ITC 2025 – 8th Infrastructure & Transport Conference, which will take place on September 22, 23, and 24, 2025. The event is co-organized by the websites ypodomes.com and metaforespress.gr.

This year’s conference, which will host over 80 distinguished speakers from Greece and abroad, is expected to attract more than 1,500 attendees, while online visits are estimated to reach 11,000.

On Monday, September 22, ITC 2025 will begin with four online panels from 10:00 to 14:00, featuring the participation of institutional stakeholders as well as market representatives from both sectors.

That same day, at 20:00, the Opening Gala will take place at the Megaron Athens International Conference Center. This is a private event (by invitation only), intended for speakers, sponsors, and supporters of the Conference, and will include opening remarks by senior government officials.

On Tuesday, September 23, ITC 2025 continues at the Megaron Athens International Conference Center (Banquet Hall), where live sessions will be held from 09:00 to 17:00, focusing on Infrastructure.

Immediately afterward, at the Banquet Hall and the exhibition area, the Cocktail Meet & Greet event will take place. This is also a private event (by invitation only), aimed at speakers, sponsors, and supporters of the Conference.

On Wednesday, September 24, at the Megaron Athens International Conference Center (Banquet Hall), live sessions will be held from 09:00 to 17:30, focusing on Transport.
