George Vitoulas

George is a Founding Partner of Arbitrage Real Estate and leads the firm’s technical advisory services and development project management division. He is an MRICS professional with 20 years of experience in managing and supervising real estate development and construction projects. He has successfully delivered a large number of real estate projects for major domestic and international investment, corporate and public sector clients.

In the past, George worked as a Project Manager Faithful+Gould in London and WS Atkins International in London and Greece managing flagship infrastructure and commercial property projects.

George holds an MEng in Civil Engineering and a MSc in Construction Economics and Management from University College London (UCL).
