Panos Karpathios

Born in Athens in 1981, Panos Karpathios is the CEO of KARPATHIOS DEVELOPMENT— a pioneering logistics developer in Greece, specializing in the development and delivery of LEED-certified logistics facilities.

Under his leadership, the company has redefined the development model for institutional-grade logistics properties, delivering high-performance, large-scale projects that help businesses overcome operational challenges and grow sustainably.

Over the past two decades, he has expanded the group’s activities across logistics, commercial, hospitality, and residential developments, creating unique investment opportunities and driving regional growth.

He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Structural Design from London South Bank University (LSBU) in London.
